HOW TO APPLY

SEALED TRANSCRIPTS / ACADEMIC RECORD  :  REQUIRED FORMAT & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  1. You have to submit Two Sets of Sealed Transcripts from your university.

  2. These must be submitted in 2 separate envelopes with both envelopes individually sealed.

  3. Transcripts must include your Full Academic Record from your 1st year at university to your last year.

  4. The document must show each year of study listing the subjects and showing the grade for each subject.

  5. The original transcripts printed out by the university office must be sealed in the envelopes.

  6. The transcripts must be in English.

  7. Please write your full name on the front of each of the sealed envelope.

  8. The university seal or stamp must straddle the envelope flap/s.

TIPS

Ask for extra sealed transcripts while visiting your university as these can be used for future job applications.

Ask for one open transcript so that you can calculate your GPA/average mark for the EPIK Application Form.

If your marks are shown as a percentage out of 100% then add them up to a grand total and divide this by the total number of subjects you took from your first year to your last year to get an average mark out of 100%.

Submit original transcripts - copies or certified copies will not accepted.

Transcripts must be sealed by the registrar or student records office at the university.

Sealed transcripts do not have an expiry date.

Two Sealed Transcript Sets must be posted to TeachKorea.
